CONSULTATION, TESTING & COLOUR HISTORY

• Accurate colour history is essential (box dye, henna, keratin/straightening, home toners, metal/mineral build-up, medication, etc.). Undisclosed history can affect results and may require corrective work at additional cost.

COLOUR SERVICES & EXPECTATIONS

​

• Big transformations take time. If your hair is black/dark and you want platinum blonde or any drastic change, please understand this cannot be achieved in one appointment. Multiple sessions are usually needed to lift safely and maintain hair integrity.

• Your hair’s condition is our priority. We may refuse or modify a service if we believe the process could cause breakage or damage.

• Lifting can expose underlying warmth/brass. Toning and aftercare are part of the blonding journey and may require maintenance visits.

• Results vary by starting level, hair history, texture, and home care; therefore, exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

PREPARATION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Please wash your hair 2 days before your appointment. Arrive with dry, detangled hair and no heavy oils, dry shampoo buildup, or tight hairstyles.

• If extensive detangling or cleansing is required, extra time/costs may apply.

 

 

AFTERCARE & MAINTENANCE

• We’ll recommend professional aftercare products and maintenance timing to protect your colour and hair health. Using non-recommended products can affect longevity and results.

 

 

HEALTH, SAFETY & CONDUCT

• Please advise of allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, or medical treatments prior to service.

• We reserve the right to refuse service where safety or professional conduct is compromised.

 

 

PHOTOS & PRIVACY

• With your consent, we may take before/after photos for our portfolio/socials. Declining will never affect your service.
